Brooklite Pty Ltd, a small private company, trades as Cookers Bulk Oil System.
Cookers provide premium quality bulk cooking oil deliveries to the catering and restaurant trade, for delivery into a bulk storage tank. As well as delivery, the Cookers tanker will remove used cooking oils.

The ‘Cookers Management System’ is a subset of Peercore ERP and SCM applications, modified for their particular requirements. Modules used include financials, bulk distribution and procurement.

A Cookers specific application, Bulk Oil Delivery System (BODS), was built for use on a laptop installed in the tankers. This application measures the exact amount of oil delivered and allows the driver to provide an invoice at time of delivery. Data accumulated in this system is then downloaded into Cookers Management System on the trucks return to base.
