Demand Forecasting
Using sales history or other types of time-series data, PEERCORE SCM enables you to efficiently develop a statistically based forecast to predict and plan future demand.
Resource Planning
is used to prioritise and schedule production across manufacturing processes, machine capacity and labour resources. This enables timely and consistent production scheduling as well as allowing you to realistically and rapidly determine your ability to deliver, taking into consideration available inventory and production capacity.

Designed to help you buy more efficiently and cost effectively. This is achieved by providing on-line historical information regarding previous buy prices, alternative sources of supply, etc. Bar code readers can be used to verify that goods supplied are as per the purchase order, which will also update Inventory.
Other features include:
Multiple GL code allocations per line
In built security based on amount, catalogue group and GL code
On line approval process with the capability to drill down to original document
Raw Material Inventory
Offers complete tracking of inventory once it is received from your supplier and incorporates paperless receipting, if required. It will provide real-time visibility into your inventory to guide swift and accurate decision-making, enabling you to increase your inventory accuracy and, at the same time, reduce your carrying and labour costs.
Dynamic Planning
This facility allows the user to plan manufacturing functions in real time, ensuring all data is current and correct (utilising links to both purchasing and customer orders). Resources include equipment, personnel and inventory can then be identified, reserved and employed for immediate or future use.
Manufacturing
PEERCORE SCM can be integrated with your existing Manufacturing solution or, if required, that module of PEERCORE ERP can be implemented.

Facilitates the processing of customer orders in a total paperless and efficient environment. Starting with the selection and grouping of orders into freight manifests, setting up picker groups, assigning manifests to picker groups, then using wireless hand held devices and bar code scanners means the warehouse can be controlled from a single work station.
This component is split into three parts: high level workforce and stock management; electronic picking orders and the in/out control of trucks which incorporates the automatic generation of load plan sheets.
Order Processing
Efficient order entry function with the ability to access other relevant information at run time. Provides information regarding customers previous orders and links to orders via e-commerce & EDI.
Capacity to automatically configure dispatch manifests based on current order bank, delivery date requirements and economical truckloads. This function integrates with bar code box/pallet label generation to dynamically present the current status of operations in the warehouse.
Freight Planning
Provides a set of tools that will enable users to meet customer commitments while streamlining the transportation process, lowering costs while improving customer service. For example, freight planning enables you to reduce costs by consolidating small shipments into full truckloads utilising multi-stop trip strategy. It also determines vehicle capacity, works out how best to load the pallets, taking into account multi-stops as well as ensuring the load is in balance.
Logistics Control & Export
This facility provides the necessary tools to increase performance through smart decisions that will increase throughput, quality and efficiency. Additionally, it will increase operational agility through better coordination and scheduling of supply chain activities.
The Export component will help you create a paper free export system, allowing you to communicate with both customs and shipping companies electronically.
Supply Chain Event Control
Will enable you to measure and monitor your supply chain processes for exceptions and potential bottlenecks – it will provide real time monitoring. When an exception is uncovered, such as inventory levels approaching forecast limits, a warning will be issued which will then allow this problem to be resolved, thereby ensuring that no customer SLA’s are broken.
This module will provide the ability to monitor the entire supply chain from a single workstation.
